Background & Research Project

• Layanga is a 2nd year at the University of Texas at Austin majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in business. As an undergraduate research intern at the Suggs Lab, she is developing assays to research the effects of extracellular matrix stiffness on migration in pancreatic cancer cells.
